Wow, just bad luck with a bad throw. You got to hope the pitcher is okay and the catcher wont think about that next time he throws out a runner. I was a Catcher in High School, almost got my head knocked off when someone slung a bat behind them after a hit. Can be a dangerous game, I for one am all in favor of the pitcher helmets that have been talked about.
