Well the Yankees look like they are done for real now. And now Jeter is gone for the playoffs

I thought they were done in September. Too many bad legs on the club already, and now the Jeter misfortune.

I think Swisher will (like Johnny Damon) price himself right off the club. Then I hope they'll try to sign Hamilton.

As a die-hard Yankees fan I'm not giving up. This team is just due to break out of this depressing slumber. As a Cashman said, the best way to honor Jeter would be to win and win IT ALL! GO YANKEES (excited for today's game lol)

It is difficult, but you also wouldn't have a chance if you permanently injure your franchise pitcher by having him throw an amount of innings that he has never thrown in his life on a surgically repaired arm.

Default Wow,

I changed the channel immediately after watching Ibanez's home run tie the game against the tigers last night, furious, trying to think up ways to jinx or curse him. Much to my surprise, and delight, as I was watching college football I saw, first, that Jeter was lost for the remainder of the playoffs...followed not too long thereafter that the Yankees had ultimately lost the game! Thanks Raul. I'll skip the jinx thoughts now...you are the author of the JETER JINX!!!!!!
