The Rays are off to a great start, already being 10 games over .500 in the AL East! They really have some power hitters, and good defensive players. The starting pitchers are some of the best in MLB.
The visiting Rays win the first game (5-1) against the Marlins in this 3-game in-state series. TB now takes a half-game first place lead in the highly contested AL East.
Resurrecting this thread while we wait for opening day '13. The Rays are looking good this off-season and still might add another bat. Meanwhile the Yankees and Red Sox are looking fairly weak. Toronto will be the team to worry about this year.

Yep...one of the few things I love about Florida-
Going to at least 15 games this year-first game on Saturday.
Watched the game last night....again, no one in the stands... very sad.
