Great game against the Diamondbacks last night. I had to hit MUTE once again when those annoying ESPN announcers started arguing. I don't want their opinion, I don't care about their opinion. When they start fighting with each other, and ignore the game, MUTE time.

Yah the games on ESPN suck. Whenever the Nats are on ESPN, they constantly still bring up the Strasburg shutdown and the subsequent NLDS loss 3 years later. I absolutely hate when they are on ESPN, luckily with their bad year this year they probably won't get many games on next year though.

We spend more time mutting than doing almost anything else. We only get to see our Dodgers play a few times a year and then sometimes it is so late we fall asleep before the game is over. But the first thing I do when I bounce out of bed in the morning is check to see how they did.

I can't believe the Dodgers were swept by the Rockies this weekend. The Rockies? That's like loosing to a girls softball team. I sure hope they get their stuff together for the Giants the next three days.

Sept 29, 9:58 pm L.A. v Giants

Nothing for Dodgers since 1988...must be Hollywood's turn. Celebrate tonight but don't be here in the morning (etc Rod Stewart.)

Oh I can hear the Mets fans tonight now. Although the New York fan boyz TBS talking heads wouldn't shut up about it, I didn't see anything wrong. He broke up a double play, Dodgers won.

I wish the Mets had been a little less mature about it. Hit a batter, get it over with, lose the game. But no, they had to go and win the game instead.

If the Dodgers lose this series, there is at least a potential bright spot: maybe Mattingly will be gone.

Unless the Dodgers make it to the WS I don't see Donnie staying. Hell might even have to win it to stay. FO already has changed a lot of the minor league coaches. Even got rid of the AAA manager of the year.

In all honesty Donnie has been here 5 years. Failing to get past the 1st round again this year is grounds for termination.
