I was hoping for the Yankees... would love to have had a shot at beating them. But I'll take beating the Astros! GO DODGER BLUE! ( I have tickets for the first two home games )

Hopefully Seager will be back in the back in the WS lineup and the Dodger s can pin their best against HOU or NY.

On a side note, does anyone know anything about tickets to the World Series? Dodgers website does not have them listed for sale as they're only currently up for sale on third party websites such as Stubhub for a meager starting point of $900+. I'm sure these tickets are by way of season ticket holders who have first dibs at tickets and looking to make a little money through the resale value. At least, I'm hoping this is the case because my wife and I already agreed to open our wallets and make it to a WS game.
^^^^^ I live in the Houston metro. I patronized a convenience store after Game 7 of the ALCS. A couple...fellow customers....looked as though they had just come from the game. I asked the guy in the couple if they had just come from the game. He said yes. He said they had attended Game 1 and Game 7. I asked him if they we're going to go to any of the World Series games in Houston as well. He said they started checking out World Series tickets online after the game, while they were leaving the park. He said the prices started in the high 900s per seat per game (similar to what you mentioned above re L.A.). He said they will pass on that, and watch those games on television.

At DS and it's like 100 degrees. Four fighter jets just flew over and game one of the 2017 World Series is about to start.
