Talk about memorable moments from recent seasons. The type of moments you'll remember tens of years from now

Good memories:
- World Series
- Damon Double Steal
- ALDS Game 2
- Going 9-1 vs the Red Sox after starting off 0-8
- Matsui's 6 RBI
- 7 players with 20 or more homeruns

Bad memories:
- Getting destroyed 4-22 by the Indians

Good memories:
- Ten grand slams
- CC Sabathia and Phil Hughes near no-hitters
- Pounding Jonathan Papelbon all season long
- Pounding Josh Beckett all season long
- Great comeback at Dodger Stadium
- A-Rod's dramatic homerun off Koji Uehara
- Marcus Thames's underratedness
- Mariano Rivera retiring 27 straight batters
- Posada, A-Rod, and Granderson hitting mammoth homeruns in Kansas City
- Sabathia's 20 wins
- Posada's mammoth homerun in the 10th inning vs Tampa Bay

Bad memories:
- Getting shutout like three or four times by Felix Hernandez
- Getting shutout like two or three times by Cliff Lee
- Blowing 8-Run lead vs the Indians
- Blowing 6-Run lead vs the Red Sox
- Javier Vasquez. Eww
- AJ Burnett. Eww
- Cano starting off mad hot and hitting .250 in the second half of the season
- Teixeira's decline
- Getting one-hit by Bryan F*cking Bullington. Seriously WTF

Good memories:
- Three Grand Slam game
- Curtis Granderson's season
- That one period in July and August when Yankees were constantly scoring 10+ runs a game
- Cano's ALDS grand slam
- Triples
- Inside-the-park homeruns
- David Robertson being untouchable
- The bullpen was f*cking amazing
- Jesus Montero

Bad memories:
- 6-12 record against the Red Sox
- #RISPFAIL in the postseason
- Nick Swisher coming within five feet of a walk-off grand slam
- Posada retiring
- Couldn't score for sh*t after the eighth inning

Good memories:
- Cano's white hot June
- Raul Ibanez
- Eric Chavez
- 10 Game winning streak
- Going 12-6 against the Red Sox
- Granderson's three homerun game
- The bullpen was still f*cking amazing
- Blasting homeruns all over Citi Field

Bad memories:
- #RISPFAIL in the postseason
- #RISPFAIL in the first two months of the season

Good memories:
- Alfonso Soriano
- The Ryan Dumpster game
- Brett Gardner's walk off homerun

Bad memories:
- 99% of players get injured
- Everyone retires
- 8 straight games without any homeruns despite playing all of the games at Fenway and Texas
- That 11 game stretch where non-Cano players didn't hit a single homerun
- Mariano retires
- Going 20 innings without a single run
- Losing a series at home to the Twins for the first time since 1800 BC
- Weakest offensive season since 1991
- Thinking about how awful this offense would be if Cano got injured as well
- Matt Harvey almost making those thoughts come true
- Pettitte retires
- Not good enough for postseason, not bad enough for a decent draft pick

Entirely forgettable, except trading Carlos Gonzales for punk-*** Matt Holliday and that bro-love between Billy Beane and Jason Giambi in 2009. Also Dallas Braden pitched a perfect game, followed by him milking a national-press moment with ARod for all it's worth.

My greatest experience as an A's fan, even topping 1989 and 2002. A team nobody, and I mean nobody, expected to win the division, especially in such dramatic fashion. Another disappointing ALDS lost yet again in Game Five.

Even stronger team than 2012, with Colon and Gray as the 1-2 punch missing from last season's playoffs. This has to finally be our year, right? Wrong. Another Game Five loss. Against the Tigers. Facing Verlander. Sigh.

I remember when the Twins were playing someone in late May, or June sometime and they were either up by one or down by one in the 8th or 9th inning and the umpire called either batter's interference or it was a called strike and someone from the dugout said something and the umpire gave em the 'ol evil eye and you could here a pin drop and see the thousand pound pink elephant in the room, only it was outside but I forget if it was home or away. In any case the Twins lost by 8 or 1o runs or something like that and that pitcher got moved to the bull pen but was eventually cut and I think he's now driving a monorail out at the zoo now.
