I'm a huge football fan, at least I used to be before that bastardo moved our team and I haven't followed baseball at all this year, especially since our birds flew south early this time. Last night was the first baseball game I watched this year and I found it to be very entertaining. I have no dog in this fight so I don't care who wins. I'm looking forward to the next game.

Other than going to Rays games about 10-20 games/season, I rarely watch full games - even my own team....but I'm always watching the playoffs and WS.....seems like the networks up their games x1000 with their coverage and announcers/analysts. Much better TV product and the games are important compared to the 162 reg season games (season too long, imo).

The Astros have conquered the Dogs.

Sorry GS. (very funny post btw) They're coming into the City of Lost Angels a winner. They've knocked the stuffing out of the Dogs and their Ace is on the mound.

Game 2 and game 5 were the best baseball I've ever seen.

I'm a Giants fan my self but this series....... IS BASEBALL!

Feeling nervous about this game. Its 1-0 6th Verlander doing his job and Stros doing zip in the scoreboard.

Top of 6th... Morrow out... Dodgers in trouble with this bullpen.

Morrow (when not overused) and Jansen are usually the most effective... and they got to Jansen last time.

Astros top of lineup will be ready to roll next time around.

Dodgers got through it in the 7th.

Kershaw may get in game 7... not tonight.

NL rules prevent Verlander from going past 6. Both bullpens have proven vulnerable, but with LAD home and an edge in relief pitching works strongly to maybe expand on lead and give Jansen something to feel better about in game 7.
