Totally justified against Loria. Hopefully the Marlins will settle quickly and cooperate with Miami to help recoup loses from Loria's self-serving maneuvering.

Man Loria is such scum. Hopefully the city wins and gets damages from him. What a joke that entire thing was/is.

Hopefully, though that stadium in TB is pretty bad (heck the Yankees spring training facility is nicer) it should not be replaced with tax dollars that's for sure.

If you read about how the current Marlins Park came to be, it is amazing that it was allowed to occur. Basically MLB held Miami-Dade hostage and told them if you don’t build us a stadium , we are leaving. Disgraceful. At least Tallahassee didn’t waste more money for this crook

Loria and his group came out to Las Vegas to meet with city officials when he was looking for a place to put the Marlins before the new park was built. As much as I would like to have an MLB team here, I'm glad that we didn't get that one. What a crap show.

MLB learned nothing from his destruction of my beloved Expos.

Marlins are now claiming to be a team from the British Virgin Islands. I thought April Fool's Day was over...

Must be why when they wanted public funding for the new stadium, they got the Virgin Islands to levy a tax on their people.
