MLB fan, but ruin it is not appropriate at this time. Today MLB is not close to the most vital things going on there.

Orioles and Rays series has been changed. Instead of playing at Camden Yards Baltimore, the game will be held here in Tampa at The Trop ........$15 general admission tickets everywhere. Probably will will have an extremely low attendance.

It's actually happened a lot in soccer games in Europe due to rowdy fans or rioting.

Last night I heard that the Orioles will have a single admission doubleheader at some point to make up the two postponed games. I can remember when all the clubs did this on Sundays and holidays.

I forget lots of things nowadays but I still remember a rainout at the Astrodome.

Martin was unarguably a great manager but I considered him one of the most disgusting individuals on earth.

I couldn't handle a doubleheader as a fan.....in fact, most of the time, I head for the car about the end of the 8th inning....games are way too long as it is.

The thread is about a game that was cancelled because the Orioles' stadium is surrounded by violent anti-police, and anti-White rioters.

You cite a lightly attended, leisurely game that had a 'cool' mood. Your trip down memory lane, and fond Billy Martin reminiscences, are completely irrelevant.. but were probably posted to diminish, and deflect, the seriousness of the criminal siege Baltimore is under, right (?)
