I say let him play the field. Only way he'll improve it to have him out there. It doesn't matter for the next month and a half. He can have 6 errors a game and it doesn't matter. We're not going to have a winning record.

Default Game #127 (2015-08-26, 19:10): Rockies 6, Braves 3

Eighteen and counting, Shelby Miller's winless streak continues. He allowed four earned runs in the seventh inning before being pulled after two outs as he blew the Braves' 3-0 lead. The Braves would go on for the 6-3 loss.

Jonny Gomes (7) and Adonis Garcia (6) hit home runs for the Braves.

The Braves are off Thursday. They begin a three game series with the Yankees Friday at Turner Field.

With the ways the Braves have dropped games throughout this season, I will have to agree with you.

You had better be good at something if your parents are going to name you "Adonis". I would be fine with letting him play left field a decent bit in September just to see how he looks out there. I am most worried about his strikezone judgement: in 114 at bats, he has 24 strikeouts and only 2 walks.

I think Garcia will be okay. He needs to improve his play in left field.

Default Game #128 (2015-08-28, 19:35): Yankees 15, Braves 4

Williams Perez (4-5) allowed eight earned runs, including one home run, on five hits and completed two strikeouts before being pulled after one and two-thirds innings as the Braves fell to the Yankees 15-4. Andrew McKirahan struggled also allowing four earned runs, including one home run, on five hits and completing one strikeout in one inning.

Reaction:
Perez was a bright spot for the Braves earlier in the season. Dropping most of his starts since returning from an injury is not a good sign.

The lack of run production dooms the Braves as they fall to the Yankees 3-1. Matt Wisler (5-5) gave up four hits, allowed two earned runs, and completed four strikeouts in six innings.
