So, we've entered the All-Star break 1-game ahead in the race for the worst record/1st pick in the draft. Solidly on course for the rebuild.

Now it's time to trade away some of our pieces for more prospects and look ahead to the 2018 or 2019 seasons when we'll be competitive.

At this point, I'm leaning more towards holding onto Tehran, we can always trade him during the offseason or next year. But I'm all for trading Neck Markakis, Viz, Beckham, and basically anyone else that someone wants. I'm even for trading Freddie if there was a market for him.
Francour has played pretty well, and I think we might get something for him. Even Jim Johnson has pitched well recently.

Default Game #89 (2016-07-10 - 14:10): Atlanta Braves @ Chicago White Sox

Final: Braves 2, White Sox 0

Mike Foltynewicz (3-3) gave up five hits and struck out ten in seven innings. I think that has to be his best quality start yet for the Braves. Jim Johnson earned the save (2).

Jeff Francoeur (5) and Jace Peterson (4) hit home runs for the Braves.

Erick Aybar did not strike out, but he did not hit balls with bats.

D-Backs just sent Shelby Miller to AAA. While I feel bad for Shelby, it still makes that trade look AMAZING for us!

Ender Inciarte is the only player from that trade performing right now.

Agreed. People think a trade is good when the player you let go of doesn't perform. However, the jury is still out on the Braves end of the deal. Inciarte hasn't hit a lick, although he is a good outfielder and base runner. Blair was obviously not ready for MLB, and we won't know about Swanson until he gets here.

Please! If you don't rate Dansby Swanson highly, you're crazy. While I agree he hasn't been to the majors yet, he'll still be great.

Well Blair's still young and Swanson was the #1 pick in 2015 so still time for them. Even if Blair continues to suck, and Swanson sucks too, the Braves totally won that trade.
