Six & five, two games back and this was just one game. Atlanta has to take game three and get ready for Philly and The JV squad. Embarrassing? Yes but not the end of the world.

Another series was won. On a side note, while looking at some scores, I saw that Philly/Fish score and I was thinking: I wonder if a no-hitter happened (they had 4 hits)?

I think the Braves will win 81-86 games,I don't think the Braves have enough hitting to be in the Playoffs even as a wildcard.

Jason Heyward just won't stop! 2 run game winning walk-off single against the rockies to win the game and win the series 2-1.

Already, Jason Heyward is at almost 20 RBI. the closest rookie is like 8 RBIs back, and the season just started! He is also leading rookies in home runs.

Also, on a side note, if there were only a few people in the majors who could finish near a .400 batting average at the end of the season, Martin Prado would be one. He's doing great! And he doesn't even consider himself much of an April hitter.

After seeing him last year, I was wondering why the Braves didn't start him more. I guess they were just trying to give Kelly Johnson a chance, but I think that they waited too long.

But guess what, now that he's in Arizona, Kelly is killing the ball. Another Brave that went to anothter team and is performing mostly lights out? Jeff Francouer.

Weird....

Legend Before His Time. This is a pretty good read by Tom Verducci. The pitching match-up with Philly is Hanson/Kendrick, Hudson/Halladay, and Lowe/Moyer(the Wednesday game should be great).

After being shut-down for almost all of the game, the Bravos score 3 in the ninth ( a Glaus2 run homerun & and Heyward with a solo homerun) and McLouth ended it in the 10th. I'm still worried about the Braves offense because they aren't consistent when it comes to scoring (this team could score 10 runs one night and get no-hit the next). It was a good win though (Braves 4-Phillies 3).
