He was drafted by the Braves as either a pitcher or shortstop.
He's outstanding defensively, but can't hit to save his life, which makes him good pitcher material, I think. The guys on the local radio here in KC said that he had better "stuff" than Brian Bannister, who is mostly a thinking pitcher.
