It's true though. Even as a Yankee fan either team could win it. Both have good pitching and hitting.A mistake here and there can totally change who goes to the series. At least the two best AL teams are in it which makes for good competition.

Awesome series for the Angels. They have been beated soundly by Boston in the previous 3 divisional match ups they had, and now they return the favor. Also, its good they came back and won this game 3 because it allows them to reset their rotation vs the Yankees and not be at a disadvantage. Go Angels!!

Too bad this happened to Paps but good thing it wasnt against the Yankees. I mean you can only go scoreless for so long, 26.1 innings or whatever it was is ridiculously impressive. Sometimes people forget that Rivera has LOST playoff games and WS games before.

This only goes to show you that anything can happen in baseball.

And that the Angels don't always get as much respect as they deserve.

They sure don't. I'm not implying that they were bad at all, just to clarify. In fact, they may well be the sleeper in the AL. I'm also sure the Yankees will be taking them seriously.

No,I suggest you do what all other fans do when their teams lose; suck it up and root for no one. Usually when you root against someone, that's when they win.-----KARMA!

I loved it that Papelbon got dinged for 3 runs, his first lost of the season and his first blown save of the season. They swept our Rockies in 2007 and now they get swept. Karma.

I guess that's why the Phillies won the Title because I wanted them to FAIL. Damm
