For me it's my Brewer mug filled with any Milw beer in my chair with peanuts and the TV muted and Bob Uecker on the radio. If we need a rally I will put on my rally Brewers 1980 Helmet. As a 26yr old I need to grow I understand this but if you have ever seen fever pitch you would understand....I'm part of Brewer Nation.

Ususally turn to the Pre-game about 15 minuets before the game. Get a bag of chips if I have any, a glass of juice, and wait for the Mets!

When I lived near Boston, I'd go to Fenway on game day, park in front of a hydrant, buy a single box seat, watch BP, and read the sports section for $5.25, paper included. This was in the 70s. The radio, like LSSG pointed out, is another great way to catch a game. It doesn't limit you to sitting on the sofa, although once in a while that's just fine. My brother and I used to be outside playing catch, each with a transistor radio placed near us so we wouldn't miss a Sox game.

With the way the ChiSox are playing, I guess to answer the OP would be...

"While drinking heavily"

I walk 8 blocks to Petco and soak up the sun while sitting in some GREAT seats (we have a lot of empty seats! LOL!) Padres fan forever!

If the Twins are on T.V., I will usually turn it on, get a beer, watch about 3 innings, then do some household chores while the game is on. I don't really watch it that closely until about the 8th inning. If the game is close then, I will sit down and watch the rest. Otherwise I don't have the patience to sit through a whole 9 innings.
