Perhaps, but I'm not the one claiming I stopped an hour ago.

Pot, meet kettle. Don't be too upset that the coaches didn't agree with your opinion.

I didn't care whether Deng got in or not. I just wanted to hear ya'll opinion and give my perspective. I'm more upset that Garnett got in over Boozer. I know Boozer missed a lot of games, but he's played enough games and his stats are better. With the exception of games played, his numbers are the same as Bosh's.

Eeek, the Eastern all star list looks highly suspect to me. It looks like it was lazily selected this year, like they mostly went players on the winningest teams and most established careers.

No way should all 4 Celtics make it, no way Bosh should make it, no way Joe Johnson should make it.

In keeping with the spirit of this thread, I would say that Deng has a credible case over Joe Johnson, definitely.

i wouldnt say that. again it goes back to who is a leader on the team and who isnt. atl doesnt have as good a record as chitown but joe johnson is the undisputed leader of the hawks. JJ is better in every category except rebounds and blocks. but to me one of the biggest kickers for both deng and pierce, they both play less minutes then deng while producing more. ultimately the key is JJ is the #1 option on his team, the leader, the facilitator, while deng is a 3rd wheel.

Meh... maybe. I don't think you have to be the 'leader' of the team to be an all-star. I've never been a Joe Johnson fan. Good player, but talk about overpaying a player....
