I voted C. That was a beautiful defensive sequence for New York. Notice that Amare completely seals Chris Bosh off keeping him out of the box. Then Carmelo gives LeBron the lane to his left (his off hand). When LeBron goes up with his shot there is no Heat player in the lane. The lane is clear for Amare to come straight across and take that shot off the glass. Had Bosh actually fought for position LeBron could have put the ball over Anthony's head for a lob to Bosh. Or LeBron could have put up a shot that Bosh would have been there to clean up.
