I could not disagree more. Fresh faces in the west some serious star-power in the east and an overall changing of the guard.
Not to mention the fact that none of the remaining teams looks unbeatable, there is no *dominant* team this year expected to win it all.
Not to mention the dramatic early flameouts of the Spurs and Celtics and sweep of the Lakers? HOLY COW that's 3 teams most of us expected to see playing in the conference finals.
Hands down the most interesting playoffs I've ever watched.
It also raises the spectre of potentially HUGE player moves this summer as a number of teams try to patch or completely rehab their team for the future.
Its so interesting this thread didn't was very alive...oh wait..it died until I posted..
Bar owners nationwide are counting on the Heat/Bulls series.....the West= no one cares
look at the series threads, plenty of traffic in the ECF thread and others. But I will take fault for that one. And yes, I agree with the others, these are the best NBA playoffs I can remember in a long time.

Maybe because each series since the 2nd round has had its own thread? I know, you haven't had much reason to be around since the Lakers lost, so it's understandable that you haven't kept up with things.

And here I'm thinking I was the only one who noticed that.
