Spurs crew in the house! lol. I can be convinced, lord knows I don't watch a ton of either team, just read box scores etc. Though Im pretty sure advanced metrics that Ive seen have OKC as a very deep team, Im surprised you guys are saying they aren't.

An obvious huge edge they have is with Pop.

A sign of a lack of depth to me is the minutes your best players play to get you wins. Durant is at 39 minutes, and Westbrook is at 36 per game. Take one or both of those guys out of a game/series and do they win a single game? Do they have the record they have now? This is where depth comes in. This is where the spurs have been building an advantage. They have enough high level guys that can take up the slack. Parker is at a career high 34 minutes because he picked up manus slack. He is now resting and his minutes will go down as soon as mills gets his visa.

A big factor will also be the competition they face to get to the wcf where they would meet. That I think is going to be the biggest question mark.

Oh and I forgot to mention the spurs lead the season series and the thunder have yet to play the spurs with Manu at all this year. Last game was a pretty easy win for the spurs and they where short Manu, splitter and RJ/Jackson (day of the trade).

Heat lose a 2nd straight game tonight to the Pacers. Both Wade and Lebron had 24 pts and everyone didn't come to play

Wow the Knicks win tonight without Lin and Amare. If someone wanted to bet me my rent tonight that the Knicks would still win, I would be so pissed.

I guess Melo knew he had no choice but to step up tonight

The Orlando TRAGIC is the strangest team in the NBA. How are you a 3 seed and get blown out by the Knicks by 31 pts? lol

Shock of the night

They fell behind after early hot shooting and then pulled all their starters to rest them. good strategy. Melo was thermonuclear. Good for him.

Any team can have an off night. The playoffs are when games like that would really matter.
