They don't suck....but realize that they aren't going anywhere this year despite what their legion of becky fans thinks.

That's what the Lakers used to say about the Bulls. Maybe that's how Magic got HIV?

The Blazers lost to the Clippers in an exciting game. JJ Hickson had a huge game for the Blazers though, 29 points and 13 rebounds. He's been very good for them, good pick up for them.

Default MJ Wants To Sell Bobcats?

Interesting story tonite...MJ threatens to sell the Bobcats in a couple of years if they don't start winning...i'm wondering who will want to buy that mess unless it was a huge firesale.

Michael Jordan may not stick around as Charlotte Bobcats owner if he can't build a winning team - NY Daily News

Well a good player doesn't always translate into a good owner/gm. This team could use some new blood anyway. Also nothing helps a bad franchise better than free agency. It usually takes a few years for bad contracts to expire and then they can try to bring in some talent.

Well if a team is bad for multiple years it doesn't stay that way anyway because they get the top picks in the drafts. I remember the Sixers being bad in 94, 95, and 96 and then drafted Iverson and things turned around. So the Bobcats will get better

A top pick can definitely help but most of the time it is a mix between free agency and a good draft.

Yeah it doesn't help right away because after the sixers drafted iverson in 96 they did not have a winning season until 99.
