What Happened to College B-Ball?

Personally, due to the drought in the college basketball available in the Chicagoland area, I started attending games at the NCAA Division III level (non-scholarship).

Advantages:
Much lower ticket prices ($3-6, when they charge admission)
Often men and women games back-to-back
Free parking
Same players for four years (continuity)
Can bring your own food.
Can get great seats at half court

In the NCAA tourney I can't get use to the first round being called the second round now...

I know they have those early games but they should just call them what they are... Play in games. Not the first round.
