Thats a good point, but Memphis played well after that Series as well. If the sixers beat the bulls, then play a 7 game series in round two, then they would in fact deserve more credit than I will give them if they just beat the roseless bulls then go down easy in round two.

But I do agree that people overstate the Spurs "choke job" and don't mention the health problems they had.

I'm still just so bitter about this. Chicago is snake bitten...Forte, Cutler, Towes, and Rose all within 12 months

I Don't think the 76ers win this series but I would not be surprised if they do. The next series might actually be easier for them if the other winner is as beat up as it seems they may be.

114-83 And Diaw played team high 28 minutes.
Man I have to say while it's only Utah, feeling good!

Some people where making a deal about the size of the jazz being a Memphis type issue for SA, ummmm yeah not so much.

I forgot to mention spurs defense is looking very good! Jazz held to 23% in the 1st half. The 2nd half was all garbage time really

Deep breaths. 76ers had a hot shooting streak...nothing more.

Bulls without Rose are still an ECF team.

Some nights, crap happens.

I don't think the 76ers are going to keep shooting 59% each night against that defense. If they do, then they deserve to advance.

I don't think the Bulls would have beaten the Heat with or without Rose. The problem is that a guy like Rose isn't built to carry the Bulls. He's exciting, but unless you're a 6'6" guard who can do it all like MJ, a PG isn't going to win the title without a solid power forward or a big guy who can work it in the low post. Chicago has good players, but no great players besides Rose. They should have worked harder to get Dwight Howard. That would have solved a lot of their problems.

This year, it's been Miami's title to lose. Has been since day one. They just need to make sure they shoot better when it really counts.

miami just better hope the west teams beat each other up in the 2nd and 3rd rounds because they are not beating anyone coming out of the west in good shape.
