The rankings came out last week and my UNC Tar Heels are ranked #1!! But I have to say, I think they might be a "little" overrated. Any thoughts? Who's your team? What's their ranking? What you got?

Indiana even with all the Sampson turmoil would probably be my pick- I'm expecting big things out of Gordon this season. UCLA I'd make runner-up.

Indiana is a good pick eventhough I think Sampson should be fired. How about Kansas? Any love for Kansas?

My team is Wisconsin. Re-building year so I'm not expecting much at all. Tucker and Kam Taylor are gone, and it's looking like we'll be relying on Butch to step it up again. We have an outside chance at the tourney, but it will be tough.
Indiana will be good this year. But yeah, I think Sampson should be suspended by the NCAA for his dealings.
Kansas is solid...don't know much else, but they did lose Julian Wright...

I didn't want to mention Kansas, because every year they seem to let me down, except the one year they made it to the finals vs Syracuse, where of course that season I picked them to do nary a thing! Wisconsin...I can't ever discount a team that plays as good of team defense as they do. I am really curious about UConn having most players back...maybe not a good thing?! I never saw such a lackluster Calhoun-coached squad with not only no identity, but a stagnant team that didn't even develop slightly between November & March.

This year should be a big test for Nevada. They have lost their 3-year star player Nick Fazekas, but I still think they will be very good. They don't deserve to be in the top 25, but they have a good oppurtunity to make it to the tourney.
The WAC should be very good. IMO, they will have at least 1 team in the top 25 by the end of the year. Probably either New Mexico State, Utah State, or Nevada.

Sorry Mr. Greensboro...but its the Dukies for me. You know I love the Devils from previous posts, but honestly I dont know what expect this year. They have been a little disappointing over the past few seasons. I hope they are on the upswing this year. Would be good to see a good Tobacco Road fued this year.
Also, will be interesting to see how the home boys play this year. That would be the Pitt Panthers. They seemed to be on the upswing over the past few years. The Big East is tough every year and I dont think this year will be any exception.
