He can if he really puts his mind to it but i think he will end up 2nd, i think his scoring will go down a bit and his assists will go up in the next 6 seasons (i have a feeling he will retire in 2023).

Might depend on if he's willing to become a role player in a few years. Some players like Duncan can do it, but others like Kobe not so much. There's something kinda mythical about going out on top of your game like Jim Brown, Marciano, etc.

5 more years averaging 25 pts a game for the entire season would put him over, so it's definitely within reach, but I don't think it'll happen. He may retire before then.

Its amazing that Kobe has that many points considering his career ended because of injuries.
