Probably won’t go undefeated but wow, this team is battled tested and find a way to win.

I think the new question that should be posed is, can Villanova or Wichita State go undefeated?

And now the question has officially been answered. I should of known if anyone was to spring the unexpected vs Duke, it would be BC; they have had a knack for this sort of thing over the years, both hoops and football.

So here's the deal. There are seven I-A remaining unbeatens; Villanova is probably the best of them, however don't rule out Arizona State and TCU; both have been impressive while sporting some quality wins. Georgetown more than anyone, I would take with a grain of salt. Mr. Ewing is certainly off to a great start to his coaching endeavor, but the opposition has been garbage less far. The others are Miss State, Florida State, and Miami (FL).
On a separate note, interesting to see out of seven winless I-A programs, they all come from just two conferences and FIVE from just ONE conference: half of the SWAC; all are at least 0-8! None of the other five are better than 3-5, so safe to say that again come March, you can pencil in the SWAC champ into one of the play-in games in Dayton. At least SWAC teams have company at the bottom. Duke is in sole possession of last place in the ACC after one game played.

This team needs to be beat...I think 4 or 5 losses will serve them well come tourney time. These youngins need to be humbled before they get to say the sweet 16 and every team is just as good as they are.

I'm all for prognosticating and trying to predict ahead, but Joe Lunardi trying to interject and state Duke's updated seed immediately after a loss in December, is a bit much. BTW, he states they would still be a #1 seed, but overall the very top seed now belongs to Villanova. Who cares. Bracketology should start when February hits when there is some what a clearer picture.

Speaking of Arizona St being one of the 7 unbeatens, this team looks like a legit national contender- handed Kansas its second loss this week- and more over, at Allen Field House.

Only four left now- and all legit teams. I think Arizona State and TCU have proven themselves worthy, to go along with Villanova and Miami.
