Didn't see one yet created.

Anyways, Philly lost today and the big story is Joel Embiid is checking his cell phone on the bench during the game.

Philly and Denver are on upset alert...

I don't think Orlando can beat Toronto but I'll tell you, it's going to get very uncomfortable if a team that fired Casey and swapped DeRozan for Kawhi but kept its roster intact.....if that team can't advance beyond where it was last year, 2nd Round, this season will be an abject disappointment...

This year's Warriors are the repeat of the 2003-04 Lakers. They will. Not. Win. The. Championship...

This isn't the round to worry about them, but they are on upset alert from semifinals on, with the greatest likelihood of them losing, I say The Finals. But I certainly won't be disappointed if they are knocked off prior...

I'm sticking with my Toronto pick to win it all that I've given since preseason, and I'm sticking with The Dubs as the opponent they defeat. Let's go Raps!

Not surprised by the Nets win. I picked them to knock off Philly. I also think the Pacers can take down the Celtics.

Raps are going to have work harder than they did yesterday. Orlando was helped by having to play playoff-intensity basketball the past 2 weeks, just to qualify. They were finely tuned. Raps will have to up their game, now that they got their now-usual first-game loss out of the way.

Orlando has been under the radar for awhile now. Have played excellent basketball in the second half of the season and have beaten some top teams such as Boston, Milwaukee and Toronto. The Raptors may not want to admit this but Lowery may be a problem. His is the ultimate over achiever of all time, but he is limited and sometimes gets exposed. He lost the game yesterday for the Raptors. 0 for 7 from the floor and Augustine had 25 points. Yikes.

Has the league figured Ben Simmons out or what? His stock is declining and Embiid is out of shape. I love the Nets. Scrappy underrated players, that give it all all the time. Hard not to root for them.

The clock is running on the Raptors. Gasol is getting old and is in decline, Lowery is getting old and is in decline. Leonard may sign with the Clippers or whoever. If Toronto does not win it this year, they may have to blow up the team, because they may not have much remaining in the tank.

The Pacers are doomed against the Celtics. They dont have enough. This is the perfect series for Boston, as it gives them one last chance to get settled and work through their chemistry/locker room/Kyrie/whatever issues. If they were playing someone like the Nets, I think they would be in trouble...

It is a shame that this has become the norm for them, isnt it?

Sixers Fine Amir Johnson for Using Cell Phone on Bench vs. Nets Game 1

The 76ers have fined center Amir Johnson for using his cell phone during Saturday's playoff game against the Nets.

Philadelphia announced that it fined Johnson for conduct detrimental to the team for using his cell phone on the bench during the Sixers' 111–102 loss in the first-round playoff matchup.

...
During the game, Johnson and Joel Embiid were caught on the television broadcast looking at a message on the center's phone during a break on the bench.

...
Embiid also addressed his decision to look at Johnson's cell phone on the bench after the game.

"I just looked down because [Johnson] said his daughter was extremely sick and he was checking on her," Embiid said.

I though the Rockets got a break in facing the Jazz rather than the Thunder.

Wow... That's playoff basketball.

Clips, down 31 in the second half, come back and win. 94-63 with 7+ min to go in the 3rdQ.

Balmier going nuts in the front row.

85 second half points for the Clips.
