Yeah, unfortunately I don’t see anyone beating the Lakers this year when they added Harrell and Gasol and only lost Danny Green and Dwight Howard. The Warriors will probably be in the WCF with them but without Klay and with a rookie center I don’t see it happening.
I do love how silent everyone is about the Sixth Man of the Year going to the reigning champion when certain other players would’ve been crucified, but that’s how easily manipulated NBA fans are by media hype (or lack thereof).

I don’t blame him at all, just pointing out some free agents are derided to hell for joining a winner while others are allowed (by public opinion) to determine their own destinies.

Bench players usually get a pass on that. Superstars do not.

Plus Harrell is going from a pretty good team to another pretty good team. Either team could win it all. If he came from Cleveland you might look at it differently.
He wants to go to the Nets. He does not want to be in Houston. That seems to be the point of him hanging out in Vegas. If the Nets can get him they are not fools at all.
