We are thinking of moving to the Baton Rouge area and would like feedback on private schools. We have two elementary aged daughters. Would prefer non-catholic. Thanks!

Not sure why the non-Catholic preference but I can tell you I work in a ton of the schools and have a position where I see alot of the behind the scenes stuff and I can tell you that you are really missing out with throwing this in.

The best private schools I have been in is St. George and Most Blessed Sacrament.

BTW this is from a Catholic that converted to the Baptist faith.

My children are homeschooled, so I have no first-hand knowledge of any of the schools currently, public or private. However, I have many friends whose children go to private schools and they would include:

Runnels. If I were putting my children in a private school, this would be the one I'd pick. It is not a religious private school.

Parkview Baptist.

Bethany.

Episcopal.

Victory. (My friend is the principal here. They go through 8th grade.)
