At least? If we they consolidated EBR, sure, but not now. It could have been that large, if we could have retained most of that Katrina growth and began to flourish.

I wouldn't think that at all. I would hate that unless none of the extra 170K people drove cars.

Are you serious ? The real citizens are glad that the " Katrina growth " has left .

Yes I'm serious. That's why I said it.

The "real" citizens know that not all of them have left. I have friends that are still in Baton Rouge from Katrina.

What's a "real" citizen?

I must say I agree with you-people are glad we are smaller again! At least I am!! Most of the people that re located here were kinda jerky about it-I said Most, NOT ALL!

That's just a citizen. Many of them worked and payed taxes here, many of them didn't.

The ones that contribute to society are more than welcome . The gangbanging , dope selling , thieving savages are not .

And while we're on the subject of " citizens " , what is your status ? From what I understand , you do not live here , but have called yourself a " registered citizen " or something like that . What does that mean ?
