Nothing worth living in. You can check homes at
www.century21.com and input characteristics. If I lived in Baton Rouge again, I would personally buy a home in Denham Springs or Walker and I would expect good homes to start around $140, but you can find something decent probably in the 120's.

In BR, 100k won't get you much of anything. While 155,000 is the median, 200k+ is usually when you start seeing the nicer homes around here. May have better luck outside the city as whodat said.
