This Texan said this is the best seafood I have eaten in my life. I wish they the owners would open a location here because the seafood here is horrible.

Since moving to San Antonio from Baton Rouge, seafood is the thing that I've had the hardest time finding. Acadiana Cafe in San Antonio ain't bad, but otherwise, it's slim pickins. I miss all my usual old joints in Baton Rouge: Mike Anderson's, Crawford's Two, TJ Ribs, Heads 'n Tails, Times Grill, Oscar's Pizza, George's, Sammy's, Pastime... I could go on forever. There are some good eats in Baton Rouge, so I'm having to adjust to San Antonio and find my favorite places. Heck, I think I even miss Raisin' Cane's, though I guess that's a tradeoff for Taco Cabana here. We do have a Cane's, but it's only behind security inside of the airport, in Terminal A. I don't know anywhere that makes a good po-boy here yet either. Oh well... I'll just have to visit back home in Louisiana often if I want to go to a restaurant to get that kind of food. I'll just have to keep cookin' it at my house!
