Things for the most recent replies everyone! If we move I will not be visiting first, since I'm too close to my due date to travel by car that long. My husband would go on ahead of me and I'll come later in the summer after the baby is born and a few weeks old.
The tips about the neighborhoods from thingsandstuff is very helpful. Thanks! I'll look at some of those areas and will make note to stay away from Florida Blvd.
I'm nervously excited about the possibility - the job looks good, but the salary is lower than what we wanted so it's going to be a few days full of number crunching to see if it's realistic. If we do move out that way, I feel better about it after "meeting" such nice people on this board. Y'all are a great resource!
