it all depends on these criteria:

1. where will you be commuting to?
2. how much space do you want between you and your neighbor?
3. are public schools a consideration?
4. price range.

If you like older neighborhoods that are relatively cheap, I like Shenandoah.

One of my other children was not accepted into the EBR magnet program. What are good public elementary, middle, and high schools? Thanks!

That would be a question you need answered from the EBR school system. 225.922.5400. They are the authority on this.

Default Neighborhoods

Southdowns is great, its expensive. Depends on your budget. There are great demographics websites where you can look for certain areas and crime rates. Are you going to buy or rent? What size home are you looking for? What is your budget?
