i will be working near the state capitol. I do not mind the commute though. It would be preferred if i was living in the same area as other young professionals

I am not sure which neighborhood, i dont know area. It would be preferable for the apartment to costs somewhere around 700. 1000 is the absolute most.

An area that is very 'walkable', safe and kinda of a cool place . i dont have much preferences other than that.

All of those neighborhoods will do. Mid-City south being the least walkable.
