Link? Seems too high.

It's actually about 82% greater according to my own math.

I use to live Baton Rouge it doesn't have as much as New Orleans in a lot of categories like food, dialects, dense narrow historical streets, buildings, events etc.

They are two completely different cities. I love the New Orleans area, but not proper. I also love Baton Rouge as well. But the idea of BR being the new New Orleans is just silly.

With that being said, I would live in Baton Rouge and I would never live in New Orleans, except if I lived on the greatness of the North Shore.

For cities being so close together they are nothing alike. I think BR tries to be like NO but it fails except for the crime.

Why would BR want to be NO when it can be better? I personally believe BR is the Austin of Louisiana. As for population, EBR is the largest parish in the state.

Sorry, I just had to laugh. With apologies to Lloyd Bentson, I know Baton Rouge, and it ain't no Austin.
