Can anyone tell me anything about this place other then what I can find online? I am relocating to the Baton Rouge area and will be commuting into LSU on a daily basis. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I have a friend who lives there, they rent. The property always looks nice; I've never heard of any troubles. I've seen security walking around on 1 of my 5 visits. The only complaint I've heard is that there's no real yard. As for the drive to and from BTR, it's not something I'd want to do but they work in downtown and don't seem to mind it.

Oh, and the park that's just down the street, behind the hospital, is really great. Be sure to spend some time there.
