I know you said you didn't want an apt, but they are in your price range and not far from Siegen. They offer 1-3 bdrm apts - some with lofts. You can also rent a garage if you need one. Dogs are allowed and there are walking paths. Complex is gated as well and pretty quiet. It is located on Coursey between Stumberg and Jones Creek. Not sure where on Siegen you are working but it is just a couple of miles away.
