We will be listing our home in the next two weeks and was wondering if anybody could recommend any Realtors. We live in EB I am looking for customer recommendations and NOT soliciting for Realtors to contact me. I want honest feedback please. We are looking for somebody who has a driven personality. NOT somebody who will just say hey the market sucks right now and it is what it is and there is nothing I can do abt it. We want somebody who who will bring potential buyers to our property and not just wait for them to come to us. We see too much of this and do not want that for our home. Not being from the area we really do not know of any ourselves.

Pricing your home right will be the key for you. Buyers are looking, rates are good, homes are selling. You will know in the first 2 weeks, if your home is priced right or not by the amount of activity you have. Try to do a little homework about listing prices in your area before you talk to a realtor.

Thank you for the advice! We are super aware of the homes in our neighborhood! We know the listing price of every one of them including FSBO and are looking at abt $141 a sq ft. We are looking to list maybe a tad less than that. The FSBO have sat and sat. The new construction has sat some for over two years. Floor plans and lot size not very good. The other home has funky paint choices and the newest one sat for two years before selling and the owners have lived there less than a year so I am guessing it will be sitting as well. So we have our competition down just are waiting till the day we can actually discuss comps. Listing is one thing selling price is something else. As soon as we get our call from the relo company we can set up a meeting and was wanting names of Realtors other people have used. Thank you again though for sharing your advice and NOT soliciting your services! I respect that!
