I wait 2-3 seconds before taking off depending on where I am ,that is what we were taught in driving class so that the guy that runs the yellow or red light does not come in Your door uninvited. Nothing hurts like getting tagged broadside by a car doing 45 MPH maybe more. I went to NO yesterday and I was in a panic most of the day, some crazy people out there!lol
