Hi from Central Oregon. I have a son who is a student at LSU, I would like to have a birthday cake delivered to his fraternity house. Does anyone have any recommendations for a bakery that delivers? Thanks

I called a couple Bakeries and they will deliver but The cake has to be $150. or more. You can call 225-767-4838 and get the specifics on how big that would be and how many it would feed.

Surely there are people that will pick up and deliver a cake for a reasonable fee ?

Not sure if they deliver or how much they charge for such a service, but Ambrosia is one of the best bakeries around.

Second that. Don't know if they deliver though. I'd just call and ask. For special occasions and enough advance warning, they might.

I know there are some smaller bakeries closer to LSU We just used one of them for a Pirate Theme cake and it was very professionally done .It was Cake Palace on Essen 766-8831.Ambrosia is a very fine Bakery.

Gambino's is a family favorite of our's for decades. I don't know if they deliver but its worth a call, (225) 928-7000 Gambino's Bakery BTW, You can smell the butter before the cake arrives in the room... yeah, they are that rich! Our family second choice is Baum's Baum's Fine Pastries and Chocolates

I would talk to the house mom or one of his frat brothers and see if the kitchen at the house would make something
