I am from Baton Rouge, but so much has changed in the 10 years that I have been gone. I am hoping to move back home this summer. I have been looking at houses online, and I would like to know local people's opinions on the Nicholson Lakes subdivision. I know that is is close to the dreaded Gardere area, but it seems as though you will find nice new developments close to old, run down areas all over BR these days. Opinions?! TIA!
