Just a few minutes after I took the previous photo this lovely mallard flew under the bridge and landed in one of the only areas that wasn't covered in ice.

I took kitekam out to Smith Rock today. Temps in the low 50s, but the wind was intermittent. I didn't get enough altitude to show the canyon and river. I'm at lower right.

Took this today at Bachelor. The sled dogs were so excited to get working that I was lucky to get a shot where they were still!

Lots of wind and a little sun today. The Cascades were pretty socked in but I took this aerial from kitekam of west Redmond from Fir Street, just above Dry Canyon and a few blocks from my house.

Another shot from about 400', looking north towards the Maple St. Bridge.

I think it's Oregon Trail of Dreams operated by the Scdoris family. The dogs are really cute with their non-stop talking.
