I am looking for Car Mechanics that are Competant, Reliable and wont steal your stuff left behind in the vehicle that they are "looking after". Please help ! They could be just good guys working out of their home, as long as they know what they are doing. I am Not looking for oil changes.... More complicated repairs THAN oil changes. Thanks !

However, Angie's List has a fee which is charged annually or monthly, depending on your choice. I'm sure it's free to join now, but once it gets to a level to be useful, they will then no doubt charge a fee. This island is still so offline that it won't be a valid source of information for quite some time. Asking one's neighbors usually gets better information since they can then tell you who the repair person is related to.
