Eh, you get cane spider, gaurens you no moh mosquito, an cockaroach no stan one chance.
When I moved here, was living at an old house right above the cane fields on Kula highway, choke, as in plenty, cane spiders!!!! They never bothered me, I never bothered them. But yea, those guys can huli wiki, as in move really quick. Had one in my condo here in Kihei, even gave him one name, HARRY!!!!!! Finally escorted him out one day, didn't hurt him, but he/she, whatevas, was looking pretty lonely.......

They very rarely get to be more than one foot in length, but, on the plus side, da cannibals no can stand em!!!!!!!!
I'm sure you have more than your fair share of stuff in NY that you don't like, racoons, chipmunks, (hey, dey still sing dat Christmas song???????), and I think you guys do have the most humongous rats on da planet, (I don't mean da Mets, hey, dat was so unfair), don't worry about cane spiders. However, da cannibals, dats one different deal altogether...

Yeah I hear ya. NYC rats are really big nasty things. My husband who works as a High School teacher in the Bronx has the pleasure of their company in his classroom on a regular basis, oh and the roaches are pretty darn big too. At least the bugs/animals in Hawaii are a lot cleaner than they are here! Chipmunks are cute! Still singing that corney song.
