Hi Sub-Blue,
I haven't stayed here myself, but have heard that
Arnott's Lodge can be nice for budget travelers.
Pineapple Park may be another option - it's near the airport.
And, as the others mentioned, there are plenty of listings on VRBO or if you search for Bed and Breakfasts in Puna...
