what gts me is why interbreed them when as the pictures of the white eyed conure prove you can get a bird that looks almost exactly like it without purposely making mixed breed birds...
seems so pointless to me
Again, I tried to rep you.

Lighten up a little. You even quoted my retraction that I added to my original post. I admitted I was mistaken. I bred birds from Budgies to Macaws for almost 30 years and had never heard of such a combination in all of that time.
You bred budgies to McCaws? Not that was quite an accomplishment. What ar ehte offspring called? McCudgies? Budgaws?
its a sunday conure...its a hybrid between A jenday conure and sun conure its not a macaw and doesnt have a macaw gene i breed with these birds and i know its a sunday conure mutation...
No. Different family I think. Budgies are even a little different than an American parakeet.
Conures are not budgerigars. Conures are of New World origins (central and south American parrots), but budgies are of Old World origins, more closely related to lories. They are in a completely different genus within the Psittaciformes order. The Australian budgerigar and the American parakeet/budgie are the same species; just selectively bred for different characteristics.
