I am not positive what it is specifically, but looks a lot like a Moustache Parakeet.

^ I agree, appears to be a juvenile Moustache Parrakeet. When it matures it should develope pink feathers on its breast, more so for the males.

i can tell you its NOT an amazon of any kind epecially nto a bluefront

i would agree on parakeet
but id say its a Derbyan.

Derbyan Parakeet, Derbyan Parrot, Psittacula derbiana

the Derbyan and the Moustache Parakeet look VERY similar, but the Derbyan tends to be more "blue" o the headrather than slate grey and doesnt have the pink chest.

its easy to rule out macaws, all macaws except the hahns and hyacynth macaw have "naked face" (no/intermittent feathers on their cheeks/round the eyes)

conures and parakeets are closely related, but conures tend to have a "naked" eye ring

and amazons are a competly different shape completly
heres a blue front amazon for ya

I have owned Moustache and Derbyan Parakeets and I am certain it is not a Derbyan. Essentially a Derbyan is a jumbo Moustache Parakeet cousin.
