there 2 very different birds, its like trying to compare an orange to a chicken...the "most fun" will vary based on each individuals person, and each individual bird...ive worked with 12 GCC's of those I never met 2 with the exact same personalities...
ive worked with over 50 Parrotlets and again they all varied in personality...

they are both "relitivly quiet" the parrotlet is generally a more energetic "mischeveious" character, curious and getting tino things hanging upside down and generally being silly, the GCC generally tends to be a little more laid back and typicaly happy to hang out....
but those are just generalities and by no means is EVERY GCC laid back or every Parrotlet going to be the life of the party.

What you're saying is that a parrotlet is more fun than a GCC.

no what im saying is it realy depends o what you are looking for in a bird and the individiula bird itself...
someone who gets great entertainment out of a bird they like watching play and have fun and do silly things to entertain themselves is might love a GCC, someone who wants a bird whos going to use them like a jungle gym is likely to be more entertained by a plet...it realy is much more individual than any kind of generalized stament...
