Have you guys heard this story?

Fire crews say parrots in burning house were calling for help - ABC15 Arizona

I'm glad the owner took precautions and trained these birds!

I just wonder how you would train birds to do that. Pretty amazing.

I also find it a little disconcerting that the newscaster woman seems to have a chuckle in her voice as she's reading the piece. Like she finds it amusing.

I cannot tell you how many times the cops got called because my cockatoo was screaming " Hello , help me what are you doing ? " . The cops would not believe me until they heard him do it one day . They were standing right there and he did it . I kid you not . I also had two macaws blue and gold that would scream back and forth at each other "Get the kids ready the da*n school bus is here . "You talk too much you stupid cow " they came from a divorce situation . sadly I got very sick for almost a year and the dr told me I was allergic to birds and like a fool I got rid of them and now I am not able to have birds where I live . But I hope to have one again one day .
