I have a small portable tv/dvd player, 47" tv on wheels, etc. I would love to recycle some of our old electronics for extra money for a summer trip our daughter is taking. We have been recycling tin and aluminum in Saginaw for $$ and have been very pleased.

Does anyone know of a place that recycles and pays for electronics or books?

Thank you!

The only place I know that pays for books is 2nd and Charles which is on 31 in Hoover.

I have no idea who pays for old electronics and I am doubtful anyone does. 2nd and Charles will buy video games and systems, music CDs and DVD movies, but that's it.
